The Commerce Casino

The Commerce Casino is a taste of Vegas without the drive. Now Vegas is Vegas, but if you have a show or an event, or like to card gamble, or just wanna get away without the drive, Commerce Hotel Casino is a great resource in the outskirts of the LA skyline. Again, it's not Vegas, but it's not a crazy 5 hour drive either. I've driven by this spot for years, but attended a concert on Friday, and we stayed the weekend. Everything is on site, but you'll definitely want to look outward, since there are limited dining resources at the site. Many options within 15 mins, so make a day or a couple of days out of it. Average location quite far from the center and the beaches… the hotel is clean and the rooms are quite spacious and the cleaning is spot on every day! The swimming pool is nice and open late which is advantageous, however the jacuzzi is not great. As far as the staff is concerned, it’s laborious!!!! Not at all attentive or patient for our first day arriving after a 13 hour flight from France we were tired and we needed to adapt to speak English lol the FREE resorts are 30 dollars per night we Had to pay $180 more than our reservation. Strong point there is parking opposite and with your room it is free.

This casino before you walk in your money is gone already!! Let’s get too the point, people please please this casino is soo fake a rigged. When you’re playing poker guess what!!!! Your playing with people that work for the casino , if you notice when you goo to the casino a lot you see the same clown faces all the time. You’re playing 5 against you what does that tell you .!!! Please everyone stay away from this casino ever. You will Never ever win in your life period .

Extremely unhelpful they didn’t mention you must be 21+ to book the hotel until 5 minutes before my check in time, mind you i already payed for the room, the man that called me was very very rude he was also very unprofessional, he was calling me names and talking bad on myself and my fiance he also hung up on me in the middle of me speaking to him when i was being very understanding just trying to ask about getting a refund absolutely don’t give them your time or money. The Steak and egg special is great, but one set back it 's not served to you in the restaurant until 11:00 am. This can be a drag, large signs facing the 5 Freeway steak and egg Special with no signage not served until 11:00 am. You cand order from the snack bar, it 's served in a box real feels like eating from a AM PM gas station... very sad!

The commerce area is...terrible. The only two hotel concierge were helpful, but slow and not connected well to the other services available. The best were dirty and not changed.

Interesting place. Definitely not a five-star experience but also not a total dump either. Clean bathrooms and employees were pleasant.
