kirsty the security women refused to leave us because they think my friends id wasn't her. the photo of her is clear her and we go to these spoons every week. we offered to get other forms of id and they refused to see them and told us to leave. we wanted to see if there's someone else we could talk to, just like we wanted a quiet drink, she got the manager and he even refused to look at her what she id, cum is celebrity. she also took a very long time to give even a reason as if she tried to come with one. Had a couple of drinks here tonight kept a friend company in the smoking area of the beer garden and overheard an employee (Connor) helping a customer out with calling an ambulance for her he made her at ease, let her know it...absolutely wasn't a problem to help, that he was happy to help and he made sure the person was definitely okay. Was heartwarming to see, I bought the chap a drink and left it behind the bar as it lit my heart up seeing such care and compassion from an employee keep up the amazing work

my food was taken from the table by a waitress when I showed up the toilet and I didn't even offer a refund was only met with hostility and the bigger one was flattened looked like apple I don't know that the weather is always like it or it. it is me to take my food away to try and get a reaction from me I never go back here and recommend it all

I chose a jacket kartoffel and five bohnen chili with accompanying coffee for my evening meal. my order was taken efficiently and the meal was quickly prepared and served and tasted. obviously a popular if not big pub in the heart of this something drab...town thank you.

once again decent food too very reasonable praise. we've been coming here for years and never had a bad meal. friendly staff and good atmosphere. I just wish they would bring back their real Christmas menu.
