The Cull House - Reservar uma mesa

The Cull House is a popular local fish house a few blocks from the docks that serve the ferries to Fire Island. The environment is pleasant, inside and outside. Our party enjoyed Calamari, mussels and a shrimp pack with black shrimps. The Clams Casino appetizer alone is worth the trip. But? And that's a big one? the lobster bisque was fraudulent. It did not taste like lobster and there was no sign of it in soup, taste or otherwise. It tasted like cheese whisky and cornstarch.

We stopped at the fire island for dinner after a day. The food was great, and so was the service. The shells were perhaps the best I ever had, and I'm a big fan of shells. The roared bay Scallobs were also great, so fresh. And the drink I had, OMG. Toasted coconut martini!!

We came here a little discouraged because the photos on Google make this place look sad, but we were pleasantly surprised that the garden, while very small was very sweet and the food was very good. We got the dozen oysters and the lobster roll and I was very satisfied!!!

Had dinner there on Sunday. I had never served hot soup in a carton dish. Strong fishy smell when entering. The Fisherman Platter had roared and fried linguini with white mussel sauce with shrimps. Fried Calamari as an appetizer. The food was good. Service was average.

Food was ok, been there before it was better, however I'd give our server, Ramona 10 stars! What a great professional, courteous waitress! Id go back again just because of her!
