Visited Minerals Spring Resort with my partner over the weekend and googled coffee shops because I like to visit the mother and pop coffee shop and this place meets all my expectations. The place was so sweet! Right next to a stream of fresh mountain water you can touch! Adorable chairs outside where we need to enjoy our coffee. I got a delicious egg protein bite and my partner got chickens and waffles, but not your typical. That was chicken cooked in pancakes!! with chocolate shavings upstairs and the syrup was like nothing I had... so thick and tasty. I look forward to coming back to the mineral resort, not only for the amazing stay we had there, but to visit the daily bean again.
Yesterday evening, the Daily Bean visited Vernon to support my Thespian Troupe of VTHS with my Alumni Thespians Michael Dellert and Melissa Boyle Finch. Fun night! But I have to tell YAY!! This coffee shop reminds me of my NC Fave Spots!!! The property is great and the small staff has treated the very great amount brilliantly. But the venue and the grounds are fantastic!!! What a great addition to Vernon and a fabulous search for me! Felt like... Ah.
A charming coffe shop with a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Feels like sitting in your own living room or kitchen. Coffe is excellent I had a chai latte) and the light breakfast options were delicious. I'll go back soon. You also have late hours, so maybe a try for coffee and dessert!
Today I had lunch at the Daily Bean and although lunch was not only good, but cheap. I had a chicken panini, with one side of Mac Salat and a Snapple for only $8.99. I 100% propose this place and will inform my guests about who to rent my places in The Appalachian and Black Creek
