The Derwentwater - Reservar uma mesa

Stayed here one night, first room we were given was very depressing, dated awfully decorated and not at all worth even £70. HOWEVER when asked if there was a slightly better room there was no hesitation, a room with a lovely lake view, still a bit dated but much better and more acceptable. Very clean room, spacious and a bargain with the good breakfast included. Lovely friendly staff. Perfect cheap hotel for a quick stop over bearing in mind it is old...

We’ve stayed here several times and yes the place needs a little TLC and am sure the staff will get there in the end. Staff are helpful,friendly and can’t do enough for you.Breakfast is fantastic and got no complaints there,tho I was disappointed in the last meat feast pizza, wasn’t to the best but wife and me still love the place Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5

Grim, very depressing room which was disgusting, absolutely stunk of death and mould , we had booked for 3 nights but left after the first and booked somewhere else, it's not cheap either so it's shocking what we got stuck with. You'd be better off sleeping in your car so you don't have to smell the rotting poo of whatever they haven't cleaned. Just grim mate

Stayed in apartment. Afraid it wasn't very clean. Mould around windows. Torn curtain. Spiders webs on ceiling. It was very quiet and warm. Staff on reception very nice. Rooms: 2 Service: 3 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Quiet
