the cook knows what they do. Eating is worth every penny. the ale is fresh. more beautiful place. love the C17th wooden dressed room. great fires. could have stayed all day. book an early lunch at the weekend (as we did). they will not be disappointed, and they give their dog a tasty bite.

I just came in yesterday to bite a quick drink. had to share the plow plate. was nice. had a great grill menu that we definitely come back for another weekend.

Great beer, staff and ambience. Very dog friendly. They do a mean meal too with a great restaurant all home cooked food.
