The Dolphin Inn - Reservar uma mesa

I 've eaten Sunday roasts in so many Devon pubs I genuinely can 't remember them all, most of which are 'foodie pubs ' and many 'award winning ', but few compare to the roast I had in the Dolphin yesterday; most pubs let down on something, usually the spuds or gravy, but the Dolphin doesn 't disappoint. Lovely meat, perfectly cooked veg, homemade Yorkshire pudding, crisp roast spuds and proper gravy. Absolutely delicious and for under a tenner amazing! No idea how they do it but they do 10/10 very highly recommended.

a beautiful example for a local pub that invites everyone. the hotel is located halfway along the pedestrian zone. serves good value-life throughout the week and always has an excellent selection of real ales. has sports TVs around the bar and a pool table. there is also a beautiful outside seating area.

It mentions friendly welcome as you enter this pub. Lady behind bar certainly didn 't provide this and I was charged £4.50 for half pint of Otter Head beer. This was either very expensive or an over charge. I also overheard two customers referring to their service as 'rude '.

brilliant atmosphere, friendly and welcoming always have a great time from a fast drinking pooh’s after work or a night outside watching a live band, great personal and dougle is just ace x

This could be great but some clientele had obviously been there all day, on more than one occasion. Pity.
