A really solid place for pancakes, pizza or subs. The Philly was good (well from the best I had, but food enough). My boy has a limited and strange diet and could eat pancakes and bacon, so she was super happy. My wife and father in law loved the pizza and as someone from Buffalo, we're picky about pizza. I thought the pizza was fine. All in all, we were all happy. The service was the fastest on the boardwalk. I feel like our server has something to do with property. We saw that she always led younger employees. I wanted to get a good pizza on our last day. It was just, okay. Wasn't the best pizza, but not the worst. It was nice and hot. Something was missing in the overall taste. The wings were okay. The meat was on the dry side. The entire facility and atmosphere was very family-friendly. The staff was decent, fast and efficient. Maybe it would recommend, but it could be other options.

We're just hungry and we're here after running on the boardwalk. We sat fast and the service was fast. We didn't have to wait long for appetizers or food. We ordered Onion rings as an appetizer that arrived before we got plates. The pizza was very common, hard and hard on the edge. The price was reasonable and the food served him. IG: Travel_man16

We strolled into this place around 9pm looking for a quick bite and we?re pleasantly surprised. The pizza was thin and crunchy. Wings were big and flavorful. Mozzarella sticks were GREAT! The staff was very nice and attentive but not overbearing. The prices were pretty fair, especially for being right on the boardwalk.

Food and service were great. We ordered the XL cheese and XL pizza. It was always a tradition when I visited O.C. since I was 7 years old.
