The Dunes House - Reservar uma mesa

Dunes House is our popular family-friendly Hilton Head restaurant. We ate there 4 times during our one week stay. The location is incredible to be right on the beach and the food and service is amazing! The food and service kept us back because many of the other places we tried on the island had terrible food and service (especially the places that belong to a large restaurant group). They brought our children small cups of gold fish when we sat, which is such a nice touch for hungry children. You need to try The Dunes House Burger made with local Pimento cheese. The fish tacos are also delicious- some of the best I ever had. We cannot wait to eat there again in our next holiday!

Disappointed. Yesterday at 5:30. Food was good, service was good. But server was not satisfied if we ask the server to share the check in two (only two). I was not told that they congratulate the bill with 18%. Only when I came home, I noticed this, as the line of congratulations has grown with food, not near the subtotal, tax and large total. I have left another 20%, so that 38% is received in all servers. Now the fun begins. I can't help anyone answer their phone. I also called the main switch in Palmetto Dunes and they advised it was a recording, and they can't help anyone get the phone. I know that!!! HONEST SERVERS WOULD HAVE ADVISE Congratulations were included. Not happy.
