The Farmers Arms Mathry

we are never a family that leaves a checkout at a place, but after I have given the worst food I think is necessary. both my man and I had steak and Ale-Pie, I had to blow my first mouth full and couldn't. the meal. it looked like dog food, and tasted the most probobal worse than dog food. when I was complaining at the end, I was told that nothing was to be done with it. we are 50 pounds and extremely disappointed.

We visited on a quiet weekday night. The landlord was on his own juggling the bar and the food but he made us feel welcome and had time for a chat with everybody. We enjoyed the food which was well presented and tasty, good...pub food. We could take the dog too which was an.added bonus. Thanks Woody.

Seem to have got the balance just right, its got a traditional pub atmosphere but the food is above pub grub standards and very well presented. The staff are friendly, but are clearly pub people not poncy waiters. It’s honest, I like it.

Obnoxious landlord. No customer service. Blatantly abusive to staff in front of clientele.Totally unprofessional and obviously chauvinistic. And I object at being charged for a full pint of cider when half of it was soda water

Ordered 2 takeaway Sunday lunches (Beef). Delicious, and huge portions with loads of different vegetables. I will definitely do this again. Highly recommended.
