"Went on a Wednesday evening to check out the DB Snug menu they advertise, but lo and behold the Snug (the downstairs bar) was closed. Made the mistake of staying for the upstairs bar, and was rewarded with lousy service and a mediocre $23 burger (who knows where lurks the advertised $10 Snug burger). Plus, the place has all the local charm of a Ramada on the highway. Not going back."

We had high hopes for Fox Falcon, but left completely disappointed. We ordered starters dinner at 7:15pm. It took 45 minutes to get hummus 2 orders of shrimp tacos. (they weren't even busy) We kept asking the manager why it was taking so long he just didn't care. We waited until 8:30 the entrees still didn't come so we decided to leave he didn't flinch. I understand that there are kitchen issues, staff issues etc.. it's not what happens to cause a bad situation, but how it's handled to make it better. The customer service was so lacking so uncaring. Instead of the manager coming to the table to apologize or offer a complimentary drink or bring some bread to hold us over, he did NOTHING!! The...

What's going on with the Snug? Walked in tonight and stools all up on the tables. Advertisements don't match what's going on. There were DJ'S coming previously And that is over. A few weeks ago we had to go upstairs to find bar tenders for service. We had been enjoying the cosiness of the Snug, but unfortunately that seems to have disappeared. Taking a few stars off for disappointment. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Lobster Dumplings

Worst service I have ever had. I’m a local and live in the neighbourhood I had some food it was absolutely appalling my crab cakes where still frozen in the middle and when I showed the waitress she said I was lying. They where to many drunk people around the bar and I had actually found a guy taking cocain in the toilet and when I told the waitress once again she said I was lying. I defiantly will not be returning very low class and more of a drunk den than a restaurant and pub.

Really nice place. The food was nice and fresh. I liked that the bar had open windows near it. We sat at the bar and the bartender forgot to put our appy in and then blamed the kitchen. Forgivable tho. He then forgot my beer. I would go back since the food made up for the service but I was excepting more.
