A friend recommended Franklin House to me, so I decided to give it a try. I couldn't find any reviews on TripAdvisor, but I saw some comments on other sites. One review described it as a mix between a rustic house and a VFW hall, which was accurate. The atmosphere felt like a blast from the past, with a limited menu featuring Delmonico steak, two chicken dishes, and a selection of fried seafood. The meal included a tasty cold salad with homemade dressing, and the blue cheese was fantastic. I ordered the steak, fried shrimp, chicken cordon bleu, and seafood combo, all of which were delicious.
