The French Table - Reservar uma mesa

Service was slow to start, we were seated then left alone, no water, no menus. Then finally we got some water after 10 mins, so we ordered drinks which we checked the menu online, as we took the opportunity while we had waitress attention. The venue was busy, but not enough staff to ratio. We did expect to see the place decorated for Bastille, so it did lack a bit of atmosphere in this way. The restaurant manager did talk a bit too much to the patrons especially when your meal arrived, but some may have liked this interaction. Food was very tasteful, but anything with pastry did come out burnt so you got that bitterness. Overall, we would return.

We love this restaurant great service great ambience. Hubby and i are usually done with eating at any restaurant in 45 minutes if nothing holds our attention otherwise but we always stay just that little bit longer. Then we get caught with a dessert, but we don't mind they are yummy,

last night on Tuesday 30th august. that was wonderful. the French pizza duck was so nice. for the net we had pumpkin gnocchi in a tarragon sauce that was divine and the pork belly that was also so delicious. they are no longer BYO wine that is disappointed, of course recommend.

Delicious food with great service. Well spaced tables with timely service. Confit duck was excellent, as were the scallops and vol au vent. Great to hear vol au vent made on premises.

I felt like I was in frank with the original art, how the restaurant was set up. eating was amazing and the personal was incredibly nice. I can't wait to go back!
