Absolutely love this ice cream spot. We made it a point to try a bunch of different ice cream locations and this was definitely one of my favorites. 92 flavors, all amazing. This place is packed almost all the time and the girls working are truly awesome. They work seamlessly together to manage the chaos in an oddly controlled fashion. They are all happy and a joy to order with, kind of like Chick fil A, lol. They all seem to be observant and courteous to what’s going on and address each customer. I’m from Chicago and good service is extremely hard to come by especially young teenagers, no disrespect. Never got to try the ice cream here, so this low rating is based solely on the fact that this place doesn’t accommodate nut allergies. They could at least provide options for those that suffer from them. But no. We have been to plenty of ice cream parlours that take nut allergies into account. Sadly, they missed out on 5 customers because they couldn’t accommodate one of my children. Poor business decision there. BUT…..We ended up going to “Pops” it’s literally right around the corner and had delicious gourmet ice cream popsicles that were to die for. Highly highly recommend!!!! Service was amazing too. Shortly after purchasing ice cream for our family, my three year old dropped hers on the ground outside the shop. One of the gentlemen inside the Frozen Moo saw it happen and brought us out a replacement cone without us even having said anything. I was truly astonished and grateful as my daughter was already in tears. She quickly recovered after that, and we were able to enjoy our cones. Oh yeah, and they were delicious too! 10/10 would recommend!

We got there and it wasn 't busy. You see immediately there is no line. The employees definitely did not look like they were happy to be there. For some reason we got over looked, waiting for our turn in the no line. If we didn 't have young kids wanting ice cream we would have walked out. As we were waiting our turn it got much busier. We eventually got served but definitely won 't be going back and won 't be recommending to others.

My Smurf ice cream was amazing and a double scoop waffle cone was almost too big to finish. Yeah, it was $11, but everything is expensive here and at least the quality is superb. Highly recommend.
