Best REUBENS ever! It was difficult to even consider ordering anything but their fabulously giant meaty and delicious corned beef Reuben... But then I tried the Gateway’s ROAST BEEF MELT. It’s kind of like a Beef on Weck (without the standard salty Buffalo kimmelweck bun or horseradish) mashed up with a French Dip and they’ve added grilled/ caramelized onions plus just a touch of mustard and melted Provolone ... Incredible meld of flavors! Another favorite is the Italian Melt, which hits the spot just right if you’re feeling you need something a little meaty, a little spicy, a little cheesy. Yum!! The absolute best spot for soup and sandwiches around. I had the grilled cheese and bacon on a Cuban roll with chicken noodles soup and it was superb!!!
