I took my department here as a part of our quarterly team building, placing intentionality on staff morale. The service was horrible at the start; the waitress had a terrible attitude, was dismissive with her approach, and skipped over people in our party. After stepping to the side to converse with her, she was able to change her attitude and address the needs of my department. One of my staff alerted management, who came over with a sincere apology and offered drinks to us.
