The Hayward - Reservar uma mesa

an old historical building with many original features. quietly to say the least. Unfortunately, it seems to need a cash injection to treat carpets, curtains and some decoration. I understand from the administration that this is a progress in work. the breakfast was absolutely FANTASTIC....so much choice, could not blame any of it. the staff was helpful and friendly. the location is ideal for both the city and for beautiful river hikes. we would stay here in a definitive way if made good in the opposite.

my man and I were invited to our friends for a special evening party in the lion hotel. I have to say we had a brilliant time. we enjoyed the food and entertainment. the service was impeccable. I would like to send my special thanks to the general manager josephina who was there to ensure that all in the restaurant were happy by the guests to the personal. it was nice to chat with her and we will surely be back for another dinner party. Thank you!

I have enjoyed my stay .very helpful staff can't mistake it. the rooms are very clean, but in the necessity of a revitalization... my bed was a little bit lumpy and not comfortable and a sticky smell in the room. with a bit of care and love a ripe is required as this hotel has history and must be preserved. I had no breakfast, but looked like everyone had enjoyed it!

we were booked for a birthday party, so we didn't see any rooms. the staff was very helpful to me, but they did not say they had to register their vehicles to stop a parking lot. I noticed that there was no real ale in the bar. when I was on soft drinks, I wasn't so worried. but if I had visited shrewsbury, I would probably go somewhere else.

Fantastic historic hotel not ruined by over modernisation. Great location, breakfast cooked to order, room good size and comfortable beds. Hot powerful shower and bath with nice large soft towels. Lots of tea and coffee in room. Staff very friendly. I will return :
