The Holy Cross Brewing Society

So… me and my bestie met here on Sunday to plan our vacation. We sat at a table and started working out a plan using a laptop. Seems right, right? Well not in the Holy Cross. They have this idiotic “rule” of no-Computer/iPad/Tablets on weekend. Not sure what is that supposed to help with. Create a vibe of a cool hangout place? Makes no sense especially as they “allow” to use mobiles. In the end on 5 of 8 indoors tables people where fully on their mobiles. Great, cool hangout place. The only thing they managed is to get a demoter here. Coffee was okay.

These guys brew coffee well. Those who love their espresso and drip coffee, make a stop here! My husband and I arrived 30 mins before closing and they still served us and were friendly. Extra brownie points for those. Thanks, Holy Cross crew, for the positive experience and the 2nd wind for the day thanks to your brewing skills!

Have been wanting to try this place for a while. Glad I finally got the chance last week! Have never had a cold brew served this way (similar to a cocktail) but it didn’t need anything added to it. It was delicious! So was the pretzel and spread. I’d like to come back and try more off the menu!

THE place to get coffee and cake in Frankfurt. Very kind staff, delicious delicious coffee, and very tempting baked goods. In the summer especially it's lovely to sit in the lounging chairs outside and read a book. Just the comfortable and cozy atmosphere that I was missing when I moved!

The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. We got a V60 and the coffee was honestly brewed to perfection, absolutely delicious. The selection of cakes looks good too.
