My recent experience at the Holyhead Pub left me pleasantly surprised and thoroughly satisfied with their exceptional customer service. After receiving an unexpected parking fine following my visit, I reached out to the pub for assistance. Despite my initial concern, the staff promptly directed me to contact them via email to address the matter. To my relief, the next day I received a response from the manager, Robert. He promptly and efficiently resolved the issue after I provided him with the details of the parking ticket. Go in every now and then as it's a very nice place to go for a drink with a friend or even some food especially in summer when the sun eventually pops out. The bar staff are also all very good and can have a laugh! Forgot to put in my number plate when I popped in for half hour and recieved a parking ticket recently, the team were very quick at getting me the details and getting the parking ticket removed over night with no hassle whatsoever!

I have eaten at the Holyhead many times but this time I took my 94 year old mum for a treat and she loved it. The Manager was really helpful showing us to our table and bringing our drinks. We had the sea bass and it was amazing. The waiting staff were lovely too. My mum is going to get her friends to come with her again in the near future. Can't recommend the Holyhead highly enough.

This is a very pleasant chain pub. You're not going to get haute cuisine, but the food is very pleasant, and the drinks have variety, and the staff are very pleasant. Worth a midweek treat, but best to avoid at weekends when the crowds descend. Reserve uma mesa agora

Amazing service, breakfast was lovely and served fast, all food was cooked perfect and came out hot, we all enjoyed the breakfast and will definitely be back, manager Gareth was amazing too so thank you

Dropped in to swap tickets for Cov vs Wolves, did not realise that the car park was a separate entity and ended up with a fine. The staff were really helpful and quashed the ticket. Top people.

The food and drinks were excellent, served promptly. It was easy to find a table, and the service was quick. The prices were reasonable, and Kacie provided exceptional service.
