Buxton blues. Yeah I will be having them until the next time I can visit. Most thoroughly satisfying burger I have had in an eon and it was just a burger with the lot. The thought of attempting the Buxton burger let alone the catherdral burger, it's just unfathomable for me.. I'll leave that for others... Highly recommend and to boot the family behind it all were absolutely lovely just before closing time. Gotta come back and hit the spur some time.

I visited this restaurant after a canoeing camp when I was 14 years old. Despite everyone raving about how good the burgers were, I decided to stick with the hotdog because that's all I was craving after all that canoeing. The camp lasted 3 or 4 days and was a lot of fun. I also had the opportunity to meet new people whom I didn't know before.

tucked away on the side of the road in Buxton is a little road house/general store that makes great hamburgers. The most eaten is the Buxton burger which is the lot doubled! They also make the Cathedral burger which is triple the lot!!!!!! They also serve other food like fish and chips but no steamed dim sims which is dissapointing Reserve uma mesa agora

Worth a visit. We travel to eildon a fair bit an kept seeing the signs for melbournes best burger so stopped recently to try it out. I had the burger with the lot and can say it was a very tasty juicy burger. worth a day trip if you like the challenge of the bigger burgers, the drive through the area from melbourne is idyllic.

I was just passing through and decided to try the renowned 'Buxton Burger'. The quality of ingredients was impressive. I was actually quite satisfied after eating it, which is unusual for me after having a burger. I would definitely recommend trying it if you happen to be passing by.

Wow, I think I had the biggest burger in Australia. The Buxton has two meat patties, a lot of delicious bacon, onion, egg, pineapple, salad all on a huge bun. A place that you should defiantly stop if going to Elidon or Bulla

Last night, Rob went to the restaurant to order some chips to accompany the Eye Fillet Steak. I ended up only eating the chips, as I only eat Rump Steak, but I forgot to bring some with me.

All i can say is go! ,this place takes you back when great burger could be found in many places, now we have ' try hards ' all over. Im going back now for a ' buxton '
