I'll start with the positives: the samosas and dosas and their accompanying sauces were very delicious (note the mint chutney is made with yogurt, but the other sauces are vegan, including a creamy coconut sauce). The staff were very nice, and they were playing Bollywood videos in the background, which was fun. We were pretty disappointed however in the entrées. The only vegan options were 2 cauliflower (gobi)dishes and a daal. The daal was ok but nothing special and the cauliflower dishes were made apparently with identical sauces so it was basically like getting the same dish twice (The only difference apparently is that one also has potatoes), and very bland. I visited here alone. it is December, so the opposite is not too busy and I was the only one in the restaurant. I told my server brendon that I am vegan and he went right through with me what was available. I told him I love cheeky, something sauk with spinach and sweet. he said they came with something and asked how sharp I like it. Unfortunately, the samosas and wobbles bahjis are cooked in frit with meat, so they had to pass, but had the curry, simple rice and a garlic naan. the curry was incredible. because the curry baaaaaaad was! very oily eating and my gravure was like a dose condensed suppe. they had no wobble pakora or naanbrot. Maybe I have it in a bad night, but I don't think the cook could find india on a map. only cleaning. updated by previous review on 2012-12-02

I tried the samosas, sweet khorma and vegetable Authappam. Very good.
