The Juice Pod Springfield

I really enjoyed both my food and my juice but the girls behind the counter made me feel very uncomfortable. I guess the place is mostly mobile orders because after I put my order in I sat down to wait which I thought was normal but they started loudly talking about how ?when customers come in and wait it?s like? why don?t you just do it yourself???. I was the only person there so it was about me and my order. It?s a shame because it was so cute and I was excited to find a good juice place by work but the mean girls behind the counter spoiled it.

My friend and I were in the mood for a light lunch, when our Google search for The Best Smoothie in the area led us to The Juice Pod Springfield...what a great find! The atmosphere was so bright and spirit lifting, the staff was stellar, our Green Glow and Mango Madness Smoothies were the bomb and just what we were craving. The Avo Cranberry and Elite wrap selections were hearty and delish! I even ordered the Superfood Acai bowl To Go for the next days breakfast. The Jui e Pod Springfield Made Our Day....Thanks????

Absolute horrible customer service! We ordered online delivery with the impression that the restaurant had delivery. After 1 1/2 hours called the restaurant and asked for an update. We then find out it was actually through Door Dash. It said this nowhere that we could see when ordering. They told us nothing they could do as our food was picked up some time ago . Gave us the customer service for Door Dash and told us good luck. Now been on hold for Door Dash for some time. Buyer Beware!!

It was my first time trying The Juice Pod. I checked The reviews, and they had good reviews. I ordered the Mediterranean Green Grain Bowl. I got a small amount of rice, lots cucumber black olives... pretty much It was a cucumber black olive bowl with large cuts of red onions. No feta!!! It was Horrible! Who the hell serves large cut onions in a bowl. Oh yeah, SOMEONE WHO DOESN?T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER I was sooooo disappointed. And it was a waste of 12 dollars change????

Their juices and smoothies are delicious! And don?t get me started on the pb banana toast, seriously drool-worthy. The workers are always so kind as well with a lovely atmosphere. I will never stop coming here. Highly recommend!
