Went for an easy dinner on a Saturday. It was 5pm when we arrived and not too busy. We were seated on the patio.Our waitress was lovely until our entree was delivered. Then she disappeared and we didn’t see her again until we were entirely finished and waiting for the bill. Something was off when she did arrive back and we were effectively dismissed. No offer of drinks, coffee, dessert, nothing, not even a smile. . Just “is that all- can I get you the bill?”The kicker, it was my birthday. We’ve visited this restaurant several times, and the service has always been friendly. However, during our recent visit, the food didn’t meet the high standards we’ve come to expect. The calamari lacked flavor, and the main dishes were merely satisfactory. My daughter ordered her usual chicken fingers and fries, but she wasn’t very happy with them this time—the fries were excessively salty. As for my chicken, it tasted a bit too salty as well. On a positive note, the mashed potatoes were fantastic. My boyfriend I and his friends were having dinner at this location.As much as I like steak and lobster this time the offer to try something new was a little too much.We have very nice waiter to help us and he recommended a lobster sauce Well, we thought it would be definitely a good add on for a nice dish.To our surprise and disappointment it come in very tiny shiny size of the shot glass.It was upsale, $20 !!!! We were looking for some pieces of lobster but all we got was tiny test of expensive lobster.Just wanted to share my thoughts about this.Overall everything was great and food fresh and delicious ?

My girlfriend and I visited The Keg for the first time on Saturday night, and we had a fantastic experience. Our waiter, Dan, was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. The appetizers we ordered were fantastic, and our main courses surpassed our expectations. The steak was outstanding, and I can't commend the chef enough for how well it was prepared. We will definitely return in the future and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal. Reserve uma mesa agora

I finally had the opportunity to enjoy a night out with a good friend, and it was a fantastic experience. We were fortunate to have Alex as our server, who was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious, and Alex enriched our evening with great conversation. Thank you once again for a wonderful night. I would rate it a perfect 10/10!

We went to the Keg on a Wednesday evening which was surprisingly busy but that didn't stop us from getting prompt service from out waitress Mercedes. She took the time to respond thoroughly to our many questions regarding menu items, which was very helpful. My husband enjoyed his steak and the dessert was great too!

Excellent steaks prepared to perfection, especially at this location. The Keg sets the standard for top-quality steaks, accompanied by delicious sides such as the twice-baked potato and cooked vegetables. The Billy Miner pie is a classic and comes highly recommended as a unique dessert option.

I had dinner at the bar and was attended to by Mercedes. She was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and kind. I ordered a Raspberry Lemonade, the 12 oz New York Striploin with a Vegetable Gnocchi Medley, and started with a Caesar salad and Sourdough bread. Reserve uma mesa agora

Have been here a couple of times once for a work social and another time personal. I would say this location is one of the better managed the Keg restaurants. Atmosphere is chill, the location is very clean and their patio is spacious and beautiful.

Had an amazing time at The Keg Steakhouse great ambiance, attentive staff, and delicious steaks cooked to perfection. Highly recommend!
