with my friend written on a september Saturday, in the middle of a short break in the cotswolds. very warm and friendly greeting from barman / renter and maid serve (berry we have no names! , especially from the pub-dog molly. nice to see a detached house still, with a few good hand pumps ales on (I had the lamb bitter together with a decent selection of gas cocks. decoration and feeling creates the seemingly popular 'shabby chic'/pseudo old world country style with mixed / interesting used furniture and right (for me! Lovely cosy pub.the food is to die for. Very clean ,staff pleasant helpful, good menu plenty to choose from, price's reasonable, we definitely visit again.
