disappointed. before I made a reservation, I have about non-dairy and vegan options and immediately got a very nice email answer from the manager who made our reservations. all except our server were great. he brought us meat if we wanted vegan options. he never brought us brot and I had to ask another server for help. he took away my daughter's cocktail before she was finished. he took our forks away, and we had no utensils for ours and had to ask another employee for help because he was not there. he did not seem interested in helping us or making it an unforgettable experience. the 2 managers before place were very good and the women who served other tables seemed very good. I wish we had...
we decided to go to dinner last minute and we could easily board with open table in a sat night. the whole evening meal from beginning to end was an amazing experience. our server, willing, has led us all away and given us an excellent service. his personality and his sweat have let us laugh all night! we enjoyed everything from our fried caprese appetizer and charcuterie board to our own choice of entree courses cooked in this delicious coq au vin to the milk chocolate dessert fondue where we dive our favorite bites and obst. this dinner was our first 10/10 in a long time! we will definitely come back, thanks to the melting pot!
my man and I were there for the first time to celebrate our 10-year anniversary. our server chris was probably the best server I ever had in my life, he was attentive and funny, definitiw a advantage for the melting pot! he even brought out a sweet little place, the happy anniversary in chocolate said what was very thoughtful. the food was absolutely delicious, we got the banana care fondue and it was better than I could even imagine. we will definitely come back!
absolutely fantastic! eating, waitress and experience as a whole were phenomenal. we were at the beginning a little concerned because the restaurant was busy, but stephanie made it worth while! she was so friendly and made this experience really a kind! stephanie was very attentive and connected to us! will definitely be back because of her!
