The Missing Piece Macquarie Centre

Attention to detail was horribly poor. Came in early and was greeted by a nice waitress. Was told to sit at the high chairs to wait until a proper table was available. Waited for 10 minutes only to find my table get given away to two ladies who came in later... To kick Someone in the guts like that prior to any orders being taken is just a kick in the guts. Didn't even offer some table water. Utterly DISGRACEFUL. To the owner, mate you need to higher quality staffs, the quantity doesn't cut it if None can demonstrate empathy.
