The Monocle - Reservar uma mesa

This restaurant offers a diverse selection of steak and seafood dishes. We tried a variety of dishes and everyone agreed that they were delicious. The filet was cooked perfectly. The service was top-notch, from the quick appetizers to the timely delivery of our meals and refills. The bar had a good selection of drinks, but they were a bit on the expensive side. Overall, it was a great spot for a business meal. I love the atmosphere of this place, it has an old Washington feel and is popular among power brokers. Nick, the owner, runs a tight ship and the kitchen always delivers excellent food. While prices have gone up a bit, I will definitely be coming back to the Monocle in the future.

Our food was excellent. We felt the service was a bit inattentive.....maybe they were disinterested in us because we weren 't a power couple Prices were surprisingly moderate. The ambiance was lots of fun.
