The Norden Arms Eatery

I went to this restaurant with a friend who had been there before. I made a reservation for what I thought was in the new bistro section, but it turned out that area is only open on Friday and Saturday nights. Since it was a Thursday evening, the staff apologized and found us a table downstairs instead. The food was delicious and the restaurant had a great atmosphere. The only downside was that some of the furniture looked worn out and the tables were a bit tricky to eat on. Overall, we had a lovely evening.

The service is professional and friendly. Staff are very helpful and look forward to menu options. The food is excellent, a lot of choice and freshly prepared. The black pudding star was beautiful, two of our party had the terrain and both enjoyed it. Three of us have pizzas that were the best I've ever tried. We have been before and have always enjoyed dishes from the A La Carte menu. I strongly recommend this place.

Good food, with nice atmosphere. We were a pre-booked group of 9 and the speed of service was excellent. The staff were all friendly and efficient and cared about the service offered. Good range of food including children's menu.

If I had known that they did not offer table service, I would never have made a reservation. The menu was very limited and the items that sounded good were not available. I was very disappointed and do not plan on returning.
