Little, itty, bitty shop cafe with everything a vegan GF fiend could dream of! A relaxing and welcoming escape from the rain and humidity with a delicious selection of meals and groceries including sprout and kernel cream cheese! Vegan raw wrap was delicious and the vegan curry was a great, hot, hearty alternative. Friendly and helpful staff just to put a cherry on top of perfection! Not to mention the cakes.... :

Saved by this shop! Sale would have been a difficult place for us to eat without this little gem. The raw wrap was very tasty and they have a fridge full of locally (and not so locally) made raw sweeties! These were super delicious.

Stopped here on our way through Sale, delicious food, cakes and snacks! We had the Buddha bowl and vegan quiche along with cake, yum!

Organic store with fresh vegan food. Had a really good vegan wrap and lasagne. 3 seats to sit in or to take away.
