Why change something that was already working and thriving? We knew the business was on the market for a while and it was sold. No more vegan option. New staff, new menu, new owner who doesn’t even greet you. Had the worse almond latte, ever. And no, there is no vegan option at all. Few weeks later, we wanted to try again, and upon entering the door, we were told to hurry up as they are closing in 30 min and they need to do the cleaning. Don’t think we will visit again in a hurry. Have seen the cafe closed a lot, it used to open 7 days a week and the two previous owners were very friendly, calling us by first names. What a difference!

First time to this cafe.I thought I'd try somewhere new..I live just down the road and stopped for a takeaway coffee.Can't comment on the food as I didn't have any but the coffee was average, but even worse, was the service.The lady who served me needs customer service training.She was so blunt and rude.A smile doesn't hurt anyone.I'll be going back to my usual .Not going back here again. Very unfriendly place.

Dropped in for a cappuccino and snack today. The counter and eating area is well laid out and nicely presented. Good selection of cakes and biscuits. Service was quick although few other customers. Coffee very good. Newspapers to read. Meals and drinks are more expensive than other nearby options. No coffee loyalty card. Overall better than expected based on other previous reviews.

We called here for a juice drink, well I must say we both thought this is the best juice drink yet !!! Excellent flavor and what was the best they don't /fill the glass full of ice. Well impressed very nice place and pleasant staff as well.

The cafe is under new management staff are friendly but there is a big difference in the food and offerings Not as nice as it used to be :
