The Old Schoolhouse Inn

The atmosphere is nice... beautiful hardwood floor dining area with taxidermy all round. We ordered beers, crabmeat stuffed mushrooms which were more like a crabmeat suggestion or imitation crab meat or whoknowswhat, the stuffing was just gummy and doughy. We also ordered the bbq prime rib sandwich, which was so so yummy and totally recommend if it is available

Confusing ordeal. Was charged for food but not served food. Teenage server ran from orders, served food randomly without plates or settings, avoided my family, older lady came in with some vinegar, yelled at us, stirred conflict told us they were ‘too busy for a small group’

It’s a beautifully done old schoolhouse. Intricate molding and several stuffed animals displaced nicely everywhere. The meal was delicious and reasonably priced. It’s a definate stop if you are in the area.

Had an excellent overnight stay and meal. Enjoyed the steak and longhorn burger.
