The Old Spaghetti Factory

Have been going on it this location since they opened and the downtown location since 1985. I used to love this place but it’s not even close to what it used to be.From the time we walked in the door we noticed only 1 to 2 employees actually acted like they wanted to be there. It’s suppose to be a 3 course meal for everyone but out of the 4 people in my party only 2 salads and no ken was offered the ice cream at the end. We did order an appetizer but was never brought out the normal bread.So in the end we paid over $100 for 2 salads, an appetizer and 4 regular pasta entrees.Food still tasted the same as it always has but that alone can’t make up for the sub par experience.

Really neat place. Ambiance was very Carmel and enjoyable. Haven't been back to Carmel since 1970s. Big change. Good was very good. The meat lovers was perfect but a lot of good. The garlic bread appetizer was really good. Good service.

Very disorganized staff, our reservation was lost. Waitress was very friendly. Food quality was very very underwhelming.Had a few items that we ordered, but were told after the fact, were not available.

Food and service was great. Just don't let them seat you by the window. It was single digit temps and our legs were freezing. But sll in all a great place

Love this place! Sad they have temporarily lost quite a bit of their parking lot, but please bear with it go anyway. Parking garage coming soon!
