We had the most amazing Sunday roast yesterday. Lamb and pork cooked perfectly. Incredible roast potatoes and gravy. Couldn’t tell you about the yorkshires as the children loved them so much I had to give them mine. I didn’t have room for pudding but the chocolate brownies and ice cream were a huge hit with the children. Finished off with a glass of red in a lovely friendly atmosphere with roaring fire. How wonderful to have such a warm, welcoming family friendly pub back. More than 5 *s if it were possible Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Jane and Nick are great hosts serving good beers and an expanding menu Wonderful garden including a small football pitch Opening hours are expanding as well, I believe there open 6 days a week. According to Facebook they're now [October 2023] open: Monday closed Tuesday to Thursday 12-3 5-9 Friday to Sunday 12-10 Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Lovely pub, and very friendly staff , delicious food and very clean area and overall a lovely place to be!
