The Oven Woodfire Pizza

We had heard great things about Oven Woodfire Pizza, so I was really looking forward to trying it after two summer seasons there. We were all very disappointed. I ordered a tomato basil, pepperoni, and sausage pizza. The crust was good, but I never dreamed I would have to ask for cheese on the pizzas; the tomato basil pizza had some sauce, some basil — no tomatoes! The pepperoni and sausage pizzas had some sauce and the toppings, again, no cheese — very bland and pretty tasteless pizzas. We all have had far better elsewhere. Won’t be ordering again…?

Came on the advise of some locals and so glad we did. Got 2 pizzas one for the kids and one for the adults. Adults were unsure so the owner made us a custom pizza, soo good. Kids were a little picky but they made the toppings custom on each half of the pizza, so children were happy. I chatted with the owner for some time and she was kind enough to bring us some freshed baked chocolate chip cookies on the house.I would add a picture but the pizza was too delicious we just started eating.

The pizza was great! Very thin crust at the bottom, lots of cheese. We picked it up on the way back to our cottage so by the time we got back it was cool -no fault of theirs, a 30mins drive will do that.We also got a loaf of sourdough which was delicious and fresh.Prices are on the high side but its supporting a small business. Would recommend stopping in and trying out their pizzas and breads.As previously said, make sure to bring cash or debit card.

This is a roadside woodfire pizza restaurant it does a lot of take out, but you can also sit outside in the Muskoka chairs while you devour a pizza. There are also a few picnic benches. The pizza was AMAZING! They make bread too, and it shows because the pizza dough was really delicious. Reserve uma mesa agora

I ordered the margarita pizza and Chelsea yesterday. The outdoor seating is really nice, but I think the pizza was way overpriced for what you get. The flavor was quite bland. The sourdough base and crust were decent, though.

Incredible pizzas and sourdough bread! This was our second visit, and once again, we were delighted by the delicious pizzas and freshly baked breads straight from the wood-fired oven. What a wonderful treat!

This place has some next level baked goods, pizza and the crumpets are super crazy awesome .must visit

Love the food and the simplicity of the place. When I am around, I pick up pizzas in this place.
