The Painted Lady - Reservar uma mesa

Turned up on time and ready to enjoy a meal with my family at The Painted Lady on Saturday 20th November 2021. After confirming we would be there two days before, we turned up to find the whole place in darkness, no staff or signs up to explain why and no one to pick up the phone when we called. Considering the restaurant charge you for failing to turn up or cancel, we were very disappointed that there was no warning from them about a possible closure. We had to go somewhere else for our meal, which we were lucky to get into, due to the busy nature of the night. We were very very upset by this experience.

Excellent staff, food was brilliant. I was struggling to choose a wine to compliment my food, the staff in the bar was very helpful and choose a brilliant wine. Can’t wait to go back for my next meal.

I love the new menu great choice of food which is reasonably priced. It’s wonderful to have such a good restaurant in the centre of Harlow. I particularly like the mixed mezze starter.

The restaurant was closed for refurbishment and no one contacted me to let me know my booking was cancelled due to this. Won’t come back

Mum and I visited for lunch, food was absolutely lovely and staff couldn't do enough for us . Will be back!
