The Patio Bbq, Sandwiches Salads Orland Park

Got a slab of ribs and was a bit disappointed it seems they were butchered very close to the bone on top where there is no meat on top of the ribs. Felt like the ribs were better years back and perhaps they are cutting quality for cost savings.
