The Pheasant's Nest Restaurant

We recently took a guest for lunch on the patio of the Pheasant's Nest Restaurant. What a beautiful setting - looking out at the Pheasant Glen Golf Course and Mount Arrowsmith. A beautiful warm, sunny day in Qualicum Beach. The service was very slow on this particular day, as some of the staff had not shown up, and one waitress was left to deal with all the orders. It was very hectic for her. But, a lovely setting to wait for food. And, when it arrived, it was good. I had a grilled ham and cheese sandwich with a Caesar salad, my wife had a taco salad and our guest had soup and a shrimp salad on a croissant. All tasty.

Terrible, patio is nice, love the golf course but the food was terrible....you get three options to pre order for the nine and dine, I'm celiac and was told the burger could be gluten free but there was no gluten free desert options, we waited a long time for a pre ordered meal, it came with a plate full of fries, I asked if they were gf and she said oh no they are deep fried with gluten,?? the bun completely fell apart and the burger was a frozen burger, defiantly not home made, it was $40 each which is the most I have ever paid for a nine and dine and we defiantly won't be back for a meal there

We've eaten at this little place three times over the past four months. Yes, you must go! No, you must not delay! The Pheasant's Nest Restaurant is a wee bittie place where golfers swap lies - but HEY! The summer patio has splendid views of the Pheasant Glen golf course and the nearby mountains that make you want to breathe deeply and savor the moment. The burgers and fries follow standard market pricing: A fat, juicy hotdog packed with "the works" is only $6. Get there before all the leaves fall from the trees. Utterly charming and delightful.

As members of the Pheasant Glen Golf Resort we dine at Pheasant's Nest Restaurant (now renamed as Coyote Bill's). The setting is beyond compare in the region...an open air deck overlooking a golf course and Mount Arrowsmith in the distance. Lots of happy hour specials and daily specials as well, including half price salads on Sundays. A friendly relaxing atmosphere, along with a sports bar atmosphere inside the restaurant. I golf often at Pheasant Glen and the best part is having a drink or bite to eat on their fabulous patio at the restaurant. The view of Mt Arrowsmith and surrounding valley is outstanding seen through the tall cedars and firs. Now add some great food and you've got a winning combination. There's a new chef and some innovative items on the menu.Great for tapas as well as lunch or supper.

Went there last week with a friend and we had hamburgers - bacon and cheese; mushrooms and cheese. Everything was fresh and tasty. The meat, the bun, the mushrooms tasted homemade and the fries were excellent. The price was normal $$.Atmosphere is pragmatic, but the service is fast and friendly. Next time I want a burger, I am going there.

Our group was playing golf at the course and after checking online decided to go for breakfast. One of our players called at 8:30 to see if they served breakfast. Yes we do!We arrived at 9 am and asked for the menu. The chef doesn't come in until 10 am sir. We went elsewhere but some of the guys waited and apparently it was fine.

Went for lunch here. Service was fast and efficient. We were seated on the outdoor patio and enjoyed a shady afternoon overlooking the golf course. Bring your camera - it's got some beautiful scenery. We watched two deer stroll across the greens. Lunch was delicious and fresh. All of us were very happy with our choices. Reserve uma mesa agora

Last night we enjoyed celebrating at this gem of a restaurant with a huge deck and a great view. Food was excellent, we had prawns and chicken wings. The service was friendly and quick.
