The Pickled Postie

a great thanks to an amy and ian for us with great advice and the wonderful food for our 25-year anniversary buffet, everyone comments on the food they were so impressed with the sink and bark and how delicious it was all from the quiche, coleslaw cheeseboard was delicious and the pate was only divine. was great to get so good feedback about the buffet food and it is all thanks to them. a few people took their details, so I hope that it will be created for them more business thanks to again for everything, they will soon see x

beautiful lunch in the pickled postie today (ploughmans and fish finger sandwich especially remarkable) the employees were so beautiful...even if we brought two creepy children in 1/2 hour before the close! also a steak pipe to home for tee, that was delicious!

we are owners of a york caravan camping site also in cawood and recommend the pickled postie to all our guests. a magnificent traditional village shop, beautifully presented in the centre of the community and occupied by the most polite and helpful staff.

Just experienced their supper club and it was 5 . The food was the best I’ve had in North Yorkshire in 8 years, the service was personal and faultless. An unforgettable evening. Well done Amy and Ian xx

excellent village shop with delicious homemade food, a large wine palette and helpful staff. the best selection of different sherries throughout cawood.
