The Pit Barbecue - Reservar uma mesa

I've passed by this unassuming place many times over the years but finally took the opportunity to stop by for some food. Since it's drive thru only and on a Friday evening there was line of 4-5 cars jockeying for their turn at the window. We ordered the advertised special of 5 chopped beef sandwiches for $11.99 along with a pound of jalapeno sausage. BBQ sauce, pickles and onions were included as side items, and plenty of them. The sandwiches were delicious as was the sausage. The sausage we ordered seemed like it was well over a pound. No complaints at all. Give this place a try. We'll be going back for sure.

Tried out the Pit BBQ tonight! Drive thru open only (April 2021). Service was very friendly and helpful. Got the regular Moist beef brisket and the lean beef brisket. I moist was a little more fatty (very tender) ... the lean was more like I am used too... (slice of meat that seems firmer). I would order the lean in the future. But both were Good amounts of meat and both cooked well. Could have used a little more seasoning flavoring but was good overall. Thanks!

Prices are extremely high. I got the brisket dinner at $16.50 and only got 5 small pieces of meat. Layout not the same as RR location. You place your order at check in register and they bring you your orders. Brisket to go is $29 a pound. Got to The Pit instead. I won't be going back to Poke.

Bland brisket not to mention the kids That work at night have no idea how to greet or treat customers.
