Although we didn't have a meal, we stopped by for a drink and to unwind after a long drive from South Wales. The staff were very friendly, especially a polite and helpful blonde lady who always addressed us as "darling." The bar had a lovely and warm atmosphere, and we will definitely be back to try the food next time we visit Letchworth.

The restaurant offers beautiful and kind courteous service. I had the seafood meal, which was very filling and perfectly cooked. The service was fast, courteous, and exactly what we wanted from a pub. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

The staff at this restaurant are wonderful - friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and the atmosphere on Fridays and Saturdays is always lively. I am a regular customer and had a fantastic New Year's celebration here.

The managers are great and the staff is friendly and professional. The food and drinks are fantastic. This place is my go-to for a fun night out and watching football. It's the perfect escape from it all.
