Everyone on the South Shore is familiar with the Shipyard and Hingham Square restaurants, and with good reason. However, we were thrilled to finally visit the Quarry Restaurant in South Hingham after quite some time to see how it has been doing under its new ownership. Four of us dined at the Quarry for Sunday brunch, and it was my first visit to this restaurant. The decor is stunning, creating a lovely atmosphere. We had a perfect day for dining outdoors, and it felt like we were eating in a beautiful flower garden—truly spectacular! As I walked through the restaurant to the outdoor terrace, I was impressed by the ambiance, the quality of the food, and the excellent service. It was the best experience I've had in a long time, and I can't wait to return.

We had our first visit to The Quarry, and we were thoroughly impressed. The restaurant has a lovely ambiance, and the service was outstanding—make sure to ask for Ryan! The food was exceptional, starting with the amazing figs. The risotto was flawlessly prepared (and I'm quite particular about my risotto), and the scallops were delicious as well. We can't wait to return!
