A BIG thanks you everyone the Queens Head Churchgate street for a very memorable day celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary and our daughters 1st holy communion on Saturday. 70 adults and kids all had a great time cant thank the all the staff enough for all they did. Jakes bar and the outside area looked fantastic and the kids loved the football pitch beach area and bouncy castle. Food was fantastic there was plenty of it!! The Chocolate Brownie mountain went down especially well the the kids. Cant recommend this place highly enough, especially Aimee Beer who organised all of the above and was a great help! We will be back...... (once the hangover subsides) Thanks again!
Awful Customer Service Update: Sunday, June 9th, 2024. I visited this restaurant for lunch and clearly stated what I wanted. Unfortunately, the young lady at the bar staff got my order wrong. Despite my specific request for dish number 26 with beef and cashew nuts, I was served a different dish that was too spicy for me to finish. When I raised this issue with the staff, they insisted that I had ordered the wrong dish. I was disappointed by their lack of accountability and their refusal to offer a refund. I don't plan on returning to this establishment and would not recommend it to others. It's a shame, as local businesses rely on the support of their community.
we had our sons 3rd birthday party here during the day last Saturday and my partner sisters 30th birthday party in the evening and they could not have gone better! jo was so helpful start to finish eating was amazing everyone really enjoyed it the bar staff were very friendly and helpful. the change from the child party at the day to the night party was done for all of us who helped massif. I will recommend this place to anyone who asks for everything!
great eating, nice atmosphere, lots of parking, friendly staff. we have booked for a family celebration, it took one to get the food out, but there were 22 of us and it was worth waiting. clarhys and joanna were wonderful to organize the event and all the staff members on the day were excellent.
