brilliant eating and great updated menu and the loads of specialties since the reopening of the kitchen. I eat very regularly for lunch and rarely miss her ingenious vege sunday mother roast. always in top form on eating with great service, great eating (big value and large portions) and great staff. Moreover, it is still the best dog-friendly pub in st albans, where otherwise its dogs also offer lunchtime roast! I would recommend to everyone and give 6 stars if I could. the personal always goes beyond and beyond to help them. although there is no disabled toilet (it is floor and level access though) they have set in ramps, plan more help things and always do everything they can help and sup...

eating was good, especially roasting. amazing would recommend. I've eaten before, but just a jacket. great eating nice little pub and really nice friendly renters. I'm looking forward to going back. thanks to many for a great Sunday dinner good value for money and much of it.

tonight with the mrs. for a quick pint or two on the way to home. ends to eat and very impressed. I had the chili and it was fantastic mrs g had the carbonara and it was the best she had in a long time. two full tellers of nice eating thank you!

best pub in the opposite without doubt. genuinely friendly, good beer and excellent eating possibly best beer embroidered fish n chips in the world!
