Enjoy a few beers here on several nights to soak in a bit of atmosphere and watch the sport. The TV is big and the beer is cold. Bar staff are a mixed bag, a few are great but some of the younger girls... look indifferent and uninterested. Anywhere in the world it would be your average local hunt, but in Porthmadog it's the best place to get a drink and a game in a good way.

We stayed here on holiday and in search of real beer. We went in face masks and a customer told us we didn't have to wear masks. We politely asked if they served food to which we have a very abrupt no. Very quickly got the impression that they didn't want our business, even for a pint so went elsewhere.

Unwelcoming and rude bar staff , everything seemed too much trouble for the young bar staff who created a bad atmosphere. Also saw them treating other customers unfairly. This place is trouble!

Me and my partner decided to stop in for some drinks last Saturday and let me tell you 10/10 amazing service lovely staff and a lovely atmosphere.

Here in September, the outside has been brilliantly decorated with new heated guards. Great night with disco. Locals were very friendly.
