What more do you need on a Sunday? The Roast Beef was top of the pops and was topside! The Brains beer was a no-brainer. The price was very reasonable given the way prices have surged up. And the last bit is up to...you the company! I was blessed to share the experience with the best of company.

Open Mike session in the garden on a sunny Friday afternoon was great. Packed. Great range of ciders and beers as ever and very friendly and helpful staff. Arrived Saturday for similar but horrendous rain had resulted in flooding and no music. Felt very sorry...for landlord. Will be back.

The barman who served us could not have been more helpful or accommodating. We had a lunch booking. The pub was experiencing a possible flood and preparing for an open Mike afternoon/ evening but they made us so welcome. Highly recommend.

A great pub with a warm welcome...it's not a corporate chain. Well kept draught beer and a huge selection of ciders. Home cooked food at a reasonable price. Will certainly visit again when in the area.

Back again for lunch and music. Good standard pub food. Friendly helpful staff. Great range of beers and ciders. Will no doubt go again next time we are down.
