The Resident - Reservar uma mesa

We hosted a birthday party on the upper level bar. Bartenders Ben Lachy were fantastic. You lads worked hard to give our guests a great time; well done. Steve the manager was helpful. Our only concern was with the sound system, which was uneven with amplification. The venue is excellent as a setting for a function, and easily accommodates dancing.

Only went here for an afternoon coffee after all the cafes were closing. Good and friendly service for admittedly an unusual order. It was a bit let down by music that was a bit too loud. Not a good place for a quiet conversation at least at that time. Otherwise likely a reasonable bar restaurant from what I observed.

Went with my husband for dinner. Excellent evening. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Delicious fresh tasting food. Very friendly and helpful wait and bar staff. Would definitely go again. Great addition to the Hamden Road scene.

It was busy but not over crowded, the staff were fast and friendly, they had a good range of beers and a decent range of food that was well priced. Upstairs was comfy on the sofas. All around pleasant experience.

Very nice and cozy ambient. Good beer selection, food was also tasteful but small portions.
