Update: Now four stars because the situation was taken seriously. Some businesses don’t take responsibility for issues. But the places that do… I respect that. The food is delicious, and if it’s available, get the chicken salad. Old review: The one star is for the chicken salad. It’s delicious, but they never have it. Just asked again if they did, they didn’t. When I turned to leave, I was told “roll your eyes, walk away…” Never experienced rudeness here before. Whomever the chick at the counter is needs some customer service training. Wow.

When we were there they were out of pulled pork, turkey and sausage. They say they are the best barbecue on the panhandle. If this is the best barbecue I will not eat barbecue anywhere else on the panhandle. We had the brisket and it was tasteless. The service was good and the people were friendly but the food left a little too desired. I ordered banana pudding for dessert. They need to call it banana flavored pudding because there was not a banana in it. Very disappointed

It's no longer the Rib Shack. I'm from out of state and always stop in for 1/2 a chicken and misery slaw. They no longer have the misery slaw. The chicken was very good, the sides are just average. So if you want the old Rib Shack sides, you ain't getting it!

the food was heavenly! the ribs were brilliant (here the name) the server were great, and the atmosphere is excellent. the sides are good. they have a lot of different food options. the drinks were also good.

3 strikes your out. Ribs are suppose to be moist and tender. Each time that has not been the case. Never have their side choices. If they’re the best, I’ll take them off the menu. Even my dogs won’t eat them
