The Roasting House

This place was recommended by the local hotel The Silverland as a place to get a warm breakfast and coffee. It has a limited breakfast as it is more of a coffee shop which was fine. I got a large coffee with cream and it was very good once you get used to the flavor of the coffee. Breakfast was a waffle combo (scrambled eggs with grated cheese and bacon) the eggs were excellent, I liked the grated cheese, the bacon has an excellent smokey flavor but was a bit over cooked (dry) and the waffle was over cooked, very dry and crumbly, didn't really taste like waffle batter either. But I ate it. Overall a good breakfast nice folks and nice establishment. They have seating indoors and out, outdoors...

they dive into these local coffee shop to see the historic brattier. if the weather is nice, make sure to sit on the beautiful terrace and enjoy the fantastic view of the city and the surrounding mountains. lunch options consist of hot pressed panini and suppen — standards. the ambiente, more than eating itself, make this place a highlight.

drink and sandwich. enjoy the little caffe atmosphere. I was in the house too long. a favorite place in warmer months to sit outside. a must do if they want to eat that is delicious. coffee goes with everything. 1 of my favorites in wtsc.

the breakfasts are good; there are not many possibilities. on a beautiful day, take their breakfast on the deck and eat while they are the incredible outsight.

everything I'm here I HAVE to get my favorite bagel sandwich and it is amazing.!! must try!
