The Roots Espresso

I accompanied my wife to this cafe for lunch at 1.15 pm on Tuesday. Not so busy, probably due to the slightly higher prices. My wife has been before and she was aware of the nice tasting foods available from this out of the main...stream cafe. The staff are warm, friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make you happy. There is table service when you sit down at either the tables in the corridor, inside a glassed area or near the coffee counter. Not everyone sits there, many just get takeaways. My wife ordered the Health Bowl, consisting of red cabbage, kale, chick peas, pumpkin, fetta cheese, dukkah, sprouts, honey lemon dressing, nuts and seeds which she adored. I ordered the warm,...

The Roots cafe is a quirky spot located in North Sydney. The menu options are great, i 'm a particular fan of the 'Son of Mac Yeezus Burger ' it 's like a Big Mac, but only better. They also have the best iced-coffee with flavouring that i 've...ever had. The service is always friendly and accommodating, with the staff being very approachable. I love coming here.

I was in this caffe for her coffee several times. the barista even took his time to make latte art on my coffee, so I was super excited. the latte I ordered was a great temperature and is creamy and smooth.

It took a short while to find The Roots up the stairs from Mount Street and it was well worth it, great coffee, smiley and prompt service and snappy lunch offers

A hidden gem in North Sydney, tricky to find, but very cool feel and atmosphere. Good service, good food, good coffee, try it!
