The Royal Alfred - Reservar uma mesa

It's a nice pub, and quite an old one at that. It doesn't seem to have been renovated much over the years, which gives it a familiar vibe reminiscent of my local pub. When I visited, it wasn't very crowded; a few people just popped in for a quick drink and then left since the station is right next door. I ordered a pint of Carling, which cost £3.40.

The staff at this restaurant are extremely friendly and welcoming. They host great karaoke sessions on Saturdays and Sundays. It's a nice pub to gather before heading to Liverpool, and it also serves as a perfect base for a full evening out.

A well-organized and friendly pub that is adhering to the current COVID-19 measures. The staff is probably the friendliest you’ll find given the circumstances. Keep up the great work! I will definitely be back.

Excellent beer served perfectly and in fantastic condition. It’s really convenient if your train gets canceled by the so-called "train company of the year," which is Northern. They ended up doing me a favor!

It was a lovely pub with very friendly people. It's such a shame that it had to close. The location was perfect, and it will definitely be missed.
